When I had to say goodbye to my childhood home in 2019 I realised I would never see the flowers bloom in the garden there again, so I set about drawing as many of them as I could that final year to keep hold of something of a precious place.

Since then I have used these drawings to add to my range of paper-cut stencil silkscreen prints, handmade in my garden studio in Kent.

I believe the simple things in life are the most important - bird song, flowers and keeping precious memories. As someone who is passionate about the beneficial power of a simple mug of tea in the garden, I also believe good tea can be ruined by bad mugs. With 'tea in the garden' in mind, I set out to make beautiful, sustainable fine bone china mugs featuring flowers inspired by the garden at my childhood home. These mugs are 100% made in the UK at heritage pottery Duchess China 1888 in Stoke on Trent, using only Cornish clay. Each carries the memory of a pretty English garden flower on a calm blue background.

My designs can also be found on a range of floral greeting cards, tea towels and other products which enable us to keep our favourite flowers close all year and enjoy them in the home, as well as in the garden.
All products are sustainably made in the UK.
