Instead of giving discounts this year Soctopus decided to give something back to those who need it the most.
For every pair of socks sold in their 5 shops and website over Black Friday weekend, one pair of socks is being
donated to 4 different homeless charities.
Because of this donation, thousands of homeless people will have warmer feet this Christmas thanks to this
meaningful gesture.
Four thousand pairs of thermal socks are on their way to the chosen charities, which were selected with the
help from their store managers so that Soctopus could support local charities nationwide.

Soctopus co-founder Nick Starsmore from the companies base in Market Harborough said;
'With the weather getting colder we felt we could afford to show this act of generosity after having such a
great time in our shops this year. It's important to us as a business to show that we care about vulnerable
people in our local communities.'
