Usage: Wheat Bag can be warmed in the microwave for 1-2 minutes on medium setting.  Ensure the microwave turntable can turn freely with the Wheat Bag on it with no obstruction. Wheat Bags offer moist heat to release muscle tension.

Wheat Bag can be used as a cold compress. Place it in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag to chill for 1 hour before use.
