This selection contains three packs of two responsibly-sourced natural vanilla pods of different varieties.

Our organic Madagascan vanilla pods are plump, rich and creamy. This vanilla type is best used with apples, strawberries, melon, peaches and pears. It is also a great choice for ice cream and for fish and egg-based dishes. Certified organic, this is also Kosher-certified, gluten-free and suitable for vegans.

Our natural Tahitian vanilla pods are delicate and sweet, with floral undertones. Plumper than other varieties and practically bursting with seeds, this vanilla type contains soft notes of cherry, peach and red wine. Best paired with delicate desserts, these vanilla pods are suitable for vegans and are gluten-free.

Our Indonesian vanilla pods are bold and earthy, and contain dark and smoky vanilla notes. These vanilla pods are grown at our collaborative orchard in Bali, where the LittlePod farmers use a pioneering system of polyculture. Best used in rich desserts, chocolates and caramels, the smokiness also pairs well with savoury dishes. These vanilla pods are suitable for vegans and are gluten-free.
