

Clarion Retail Events ("Home & Gift Buyers' Festival") is organised by Clarion Events Ltd ("the Organiser"). These Admission Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors attending the Event and are designed to ensure a safe and professional environment. By registering for or attending the Event, visitors agree to comply with these terms.
2. Admission Criteria2.1. Home & Gift Buyers' Festival is a trade-only event and is strictly for business professionals within the UK retail industry. Members of the general public, including individuals under the age of 18, are not permitted, unless at the discretion of the organiser.
2.2. All attendees must register in advance or on-site and provide valid business credentials, including but not limited to:
A business email address.
A company name and job title.
Business identification, such as a business card or company registration number.
Proof of industry involvement may be required at the Organiser’s discretion.
2.3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission if credentials cannot be verified or do not meet the professional entry criteria.
3. Registration and Badge Policy3.1. Registration is personal and non-transferable. Visitors may be required to provide a valid form of identification to collect their badge.
3.2. Badges must be worn and clearly visible at all times during the Event. Lost or stolen badges should be reported immediately to the registration desk; a replacement fee may apply.
3.3. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or refuse any registration at its discretion.
4. Conduct and Security4.1. Visitors must conduct themselves professionally at all times and adhere to all applicable UK laws and Event regulations.
4.2. The following are strictly prohibited:
Solicitation of exhibitors or other attendees without prior approval.
Unauthorised photography, videography, or recording within restricted areas.
Distribution of marketing materials without written permission from the Organiser.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive, abusive, or unsafe by the Organiser or security personnel.
4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event for non-compliance with this policy.
5. Health & Safety5.1. Visitors must comply with all UK health and safety regulations, including any specific requirements communicated by the Organiser.
5.2. The Organiser may implement additional health and safety measures, such as bag searches, temperature checks, or face covering requirements, in response to prevailing circumstances.
5.3. Attendees must follow all instructions from Event staff and security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
6. Photography & Media6.1. The Organiser and its authorised partners may capture photography, audio, and video recordings during the Event for promotional, editorial, and educational purposes.
6.2. By attending the Event, visitors grant the Organiser a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use their likeness in any Event-related media.
7. Liability7.1. The Organiser assumes no responsibility for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property incurred during the Event.
7.2. Visitors attend the Event at their own risk and are advised to take appropriate precautions for their safety and belongings.
7.3. The Organiser complies with all relevant UK consumer protection and liability laws.
8. Data Protection & Privacy8.1. By registering for the Event, visitors consent to their personal data being processed in accordance with the Organiser’s Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
8.2. Attendee data may be shared with Event sponsors and exhibitors only with explicit consent provided during registration.
9. Amendments & Compliance9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
9.2. Non-compliance with this Admissions Policy may result in immediate expulsion from the Event, and the Organiser reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.
